Mike Callahan, director of COB's Internship and Career Management Center, implemented 鈥済ameful learning鈥 to the course last year. The technique gives students a customizable learning experience by allowing them to choose from a variety of assignments.
In essence, every assignment is an opportunity to gain points and move closer to an A 鈥 rather than a chance to lower your class average because of one blown assignment. Attend an information interview? 50 points. Update your LinkedIn profile? 40 points.
